Wow wow wow, where to begin. I guess we can start with the fact that Ed is amazing! Seriously the nicest person to work with and you can tell he really loves what he does and really cares for his instruments. He truly goes above and beyond in customer service and customer experience. We live in a very dry and cold climate and Ed went out of his way to ensure our guitar was shipped safely and included a humidifier.
