Guitar Switch Plan (Studio purchases)
Selecting a guitar can be a very delicate process. If possible, we suggest you come to our studio to try, play, compare, and experience your future guitar fully before you make a final decision. All sales at our studio are final.
30-Day Guitar Switch: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, GFS will exchange your guitar toward the purchase of another guitar of equal or greater price, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any guitar purchased online is eligible for a one-time exchange. Exchanges are limited to one (1) exchange per purchase within 30 days from the date of the original purchase.
In order to receive a full credit, the guitar and the case must be in original condition.
3 Day Trial / Return Policy
As any experienced guitar player, we are aware that buying a guitar online is a difficult process. You will not be able to determine if the guitar is for you until you have it on your lap, feel it with your hands, and feel your new guitar with all your senses. Our intention is your total satisfaction. Therefore there’s no better way to try a guitar than in the comfort of your home, with your own guitar chair.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us by email or phone within 72 hours. A return authorization number ( RAN) will be provided prior to shipping. All returns must be insured at the customer’s expense for the full purchase amount, and the item must be shipped within 72 hours after the item is received. The Return policy will be void if the item is not insured by the sender. The item must be packed in the same packing and returned in the original condition for a 100% refund, less shipping expenses. A 10% restocking fee we’ll be voided on 3 day Trial
All Guitars will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground & and accessories USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours after payment is received. All items are hand-packed in-house, and insurance is included. Shipping cost is calculated using zip codes (known as Actual Shipping cost). Shipping and handling charges are based on the item’s size, weight, and packing materials. Shipping fees include; Shipping, handling, packing materials & postage costs.
We will contact the buyer for special arrangements prior to shipping. All transportation and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer unless previously agreed.
The shipping cost will be calculated according to the destination. Shipping is provided by Fed EX Express International or the cheapest method via MyUS.com shipping International Center ( Discounted rates applied ). Restrictions and special taxation may apply in certain countries. Please make sure to consult your country’s import, custom guidelines, terms, and conditions, before you proceed to order.
Shipping abroad may create delays due to customs clearance Import taxes and customs charges are not included in shipments outside the USA, and must be paid by customers in the country of destination. G F S has no control over third-party courier services outside the USA. We are not responsible for late delivery. For more information, please consult your customs authorities and couriers services. Returned items are the buyer’s responsibility until the item is received in our warehouse and inspected by GFS.
Damaged orders/ boxes, should not be accepted, and delivery should be refused. The item will be returned to G F S. If accepted, the Buyer must return the order at their own cost. G F S doesn’t accept any responsibility for damaged orders once the items have been accepted and signed by the client.
Custom orders or non-standard guitar models can’t be returned. These instruments are specially ordered to your specifications and will not be accepted back unless previously arranged.
