The Prudencio Saez Requinto (Alto Guitar) Luthier-Pro Cutaway Electric is a high-performance, all-solid-wood instrument engineered for demanding live and studio applications. Constructed with a Western Red Cedar soundboard, solid Indian Rosewood back and sides, and a Spanish cedar neck paired with an ebony fingerboard, this requinto delivers a well-defined tonal spectrum with enhanced warmth, clarity, and projection.
Outfitted with Fishman Classic III Blend electronics, the system integrates a piezo undersaddle pickup with a microphone blend option, offering precise tonal sculpting through a 3-band EQ, presence control, and onboard tuner. About the Requinto Guitar
The Requinto guitar is tuned a fifth higher (A) than a standard guitar and is widely used in trios, quartets, and guitar orchestras for lead melodies, improvisation, and solo performances.
