The Juan Hernandez Concert features a mature German Spruce top, Indian Rosewood back & sides, Ebony fingerboard, Cedar neck reinforced with ebony for the guitar’s longevity and tone stability, rosewood binding, gorgeous mosaic-purfling design, and a wonderful nitrocellulose finish.  The action is medium (3.5mm), with a” Savarez Crystal Red” normal-medium tension strings, providing a very conformable and soft neck profile even for the smaller hands. . Each of Juan Hernandez’s guitars has a serial number, and it is personally signed by its maker. certifying a top-of-the-line handmade Spanish guitar, representing a state-of-the-art concert instrument. Juan Hernandez was born in Turís, -Valencia in 1948. Juan started at 15 of age as an apprentice in the Esteve guitar workshop where he developed his skill and craftsmanship. Nowadays, together with his son Alberto Hernández, they build some of the most exquisite Spanish classical and flamenco guitars, made with time, great taste, and patience.
