The guitar I bought is a Prudencio Saez 1 spruce top. Great looking and sound guitar. Just 3 weeks I have owned it but already felt the sound got richer and the sustain got longer as well. It is a loud guitar as well compared to my old guitar which is Cordoba C10. Action is at a perfect spot, 3.5mm on low E and 3.2mm on high E. So far, I am very happy with my purchase.
