Prudencio Saez Madagascar
I met Eduardo from GFS, in a mad dash for a fine guitar. This 6-PS is one of the 3 finest guitars I’ve ever had. Eduardo had out several guitars that I played. all were very fine, good playability and deep tones from great wood. The 6-PS was the choice. After getting it home and playing on it in my home the playability and the tone, a Western Red Cedar backed by warmth from Madagascar Rosewood and getting as many different tones as I could get with it I’d like to tell anybody that’s looking for the perfect balance between tone and playability to choose this one. The fretting is sure, and that’s what makes me call this one, one of the 3 best guitars I’ve ever owned. All the lines from the nut to the bridge, string, fretboard, top of the guitar to the bridge with the doming behind the bridge, are perfect. Hats off to you, Eduardo. I’ll be playing this one for a long time to come. Kevin Bishins

Hi, my name is Luis. I am one of Prof. Eduardo’s students, and my experience with him has been phenomenal from the beginning. I started learning how to play a classical guitar with him, and I felt the need to obtain a new guitar to further my studies. When I asked him about it, he set some time aside for me to try out a couple of guitars and see which ones I liked. So I wound up bringing my mother with me, and the three of us spent hours together just talking about the guitars. Prof. Eduardo is such an educated, kind, and passionate person when it comes to guitars. He gave us his honest opinions on the guitars he showed us, and we ended up leaving with a Prudencio Saez guitar of fantastic craftsmanship. Every time I start playing I fall in love with it all over again. If you plan on getting a guitar, GFS is the correct spot. You will be put in the hands of a professional who truly cares about their work. Boca Raton FL.

Overall amazing service and incredible guitar! Arrived in perfect condition with a beautiful case, huge cloth, a set of good strings, and a humidifier. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Eduardo at Guitars From Spain is fantastic and provides superior service. He asked me a ton of questions so he could get to know my playing style, interests, and knowledge. Ultimately guiding me to, in my opinion, the perfect guitar for me. I highly recommend getting your next guitar from his shop.

“Many years ago I had played jazz and folk guitar for a long time, taking jazz lessons for over 7 years, but when I was completing my dissertation I had to stop the guitar and had not touched one for over 2 decades. I went online to find a guitar center near me.

Great experience consulting with Eduardo! If you’re looking for a classical/flamenco guitar I definitely recommend it. Hi brings guitars from Spain that he’s carefully choosing by himself and you can try and play them by appointment. That’s how I got a beautiful Vicente Carillo that I really like. Thank you very much, Eduardo! Key West

My experience with Guitars From Spain was excellent. Not only is the owner, Eduardo, very knowledgeable about guitars, but he is so enthusiastic about finding great instruments that it made the whole process a lot of fun. You can tell he is a musician with a passion for guitars (the sound, the wood, the maintenance), and that is always a big selling point for me. I happened to contact Eduardo about a flamenco guitar on his site right around the time he was leaving for Spain to procure some additional guitars. The one on his site had been sold, but he promised to find me another equally beautiful one while he was away. What he found surpassed my expectations. He even sent me videos from the workshop of the guitar maker (Prudencio Saez) in Spain and pictures of what he had found for me.
When the guitar finally arrived in the U.S., he made sure it had been properly set up, and he shipped it to me with a humidifier, extra strings, and a velvet cover to protect the body of the guitar. The box arrived a little dented, and I was worried before opening it, but I should have known he had sent me the perfect case as well. The guitar was completely protected and I absolutely love it. Considering the costs of shipping from Spain, plus Customs fees, plus all the extras (the set-up, a fantastic case, extra strings, a humidifier, and the cover), not to mention that Eduardo personally selects the guitars he sells and checks them thoroughly before shipping them to his customers, the prices are more than fair.
The best part is that I don’t feel like I have a mass-produced, cookie-cutter guitar, but something much more special and unique, and something that actually belongs to the tradition behind the Spanish music I’m playing.
