The combination of traditional and newer guitar building methods make the Conservatory very elegant and easy to play. This is a perfect recital- recording guitar at an excellent price. Similar guitars would start at $ 4000 and up.
The Milestones Conservatory Sp. has a German Spruce top, Granadillo Back and Sides with a spectacular Grain, Ebony Fingerboard, and a very comfortable neck profile. As most of Wolfgang Jellinghaus guitars, the Conservatorio is a light instrument, with a powerful tone, very well balanced, with excellent tone, full long sustain, and great projection. Be prepared for a wonderfully strong and beautiful tone.
The Guitar Includes a Humicase, 1 set of strings, a guitar cloth, and a guitar cover/protector.
Luthier Wolfgang Jellinghaus who was born in 1951 in Dortmund, Germany. His father, Walter Jellinghaus, was himself a guitar maker and naturally introduced the craft to Wolfgang at a young age. In 1978, Wolfgang opened a retail music shop called Musik Jellinghaus GmbH and in 1983, he became involved in guitar manufacturing and so created Martinez Guitars, designing their first line of guitars. In 2013 he set up a small boutique, a traditional workshop that specialized in making high-quality guitars in the style of such great historical makers as Lacote, Torres, Hauser, and Ramirez, among others. Wolfgang’s Guitars are very unique, and maybe some of the best made guitars in today’s market.
